Qualification requirements

Education

1) Education / degree within Purchasing and/or Logistic Administration will
be preferred. Long relevant experience may replace educational requirements.

Experience

1) Approximately 3 years of working experience within Purchasing, preferably
from the petroleum/offshore or shipping related industry.

Skills

1) excellent negotiating and communication skills;

2) fluency in oral and written English and language of the local
country/area;

3) technical knowledge/understanding of the petroleum industry;

4) familiar with the terminology of the petroleum industry;

5) capability to work independently as well as in team

6) ability to quickly obtain in-depth knowledge of unfamiliar software
systems;

Other

1) In depth knowledge of the local supply market for the petroleum/offshore
or shipping industry in the local region/area.

2) The position receives functional guidance from Procurement Department at
Head Office and shall follow the procedures and guidelines provided. Also the
software system provided shall be utilized.
