- Report to Hong Kong Head Quarter Human Resources on Developing and executing HR strategies and policies - Manage daily HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations - Handle talent sourcing activities including job fair coordination, job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, employment contract preparation, conducting new join orientation, etc. - Responsible for the implementation of HRM system including data management, documentation and compilation of data for Analyzes - Monitor all administrative duties

Requisitos:
- Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines - Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience Gained from a sizable organization - Hands-on HR generalist experience preferably in the hospitality or travel industry preferably Proactive, responsible, detailed-oriented and able to work under pressure - Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule - Proficient in MS Office applications - Good command of oral and written communications in BOTH English - Working Location: Rio de Janeiro-Galeao International Airport
